  • Cancellation policy
    If you change the number of people on the day and cancel your course, we will charge you the banquet course (regular price) minus 1,000 yen for an all-you-can-drink fee to cover the cost of the food.(For seat reservations only, the fee is 1,000 yen per person)
    If you cancel your banquet reservation up to one week prior to the reservation date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
    However, please note that the cancellation fee for all cancellations made within one week of the reservation date will be: 50% of the course fee if cancelled 3 days or more prior, 80% of the course fee if cancelled 2 days or more prior, and 100% of the course fee on the day of the reservation, calculated based on the number of people whose seats were reserved at the time of booking x the planned banquet course (regular price).
